Fenced in Legion Field Garden

A new fence was recently installed at the Legion Field Garden. The fence was part of $10,000 in improvements at the 1.9-acre community garden at 425 South Professor St., by the Oberlin fire station. About 1,700 pounds of vegetables were donated last year from garden to Oberlin Community Services food pantry. The garden is overseen by the nonprofit Zion Community Development Corp.
